At bodykind we now offer Nutritional Therapy consultations from our practice in
Chadderton, near Manchester. Our Certified Nutritional Therapist will create an
individual programme for every client, assessing their particular needs and requirements
for optimum health.
Why Nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy is a complementary method of using food, supplements and lifestyle
changes to support the body’s own healing processes. bodykind nutrition will
devise an individual programme based on any particular symptoms, current diet and
lifestyle.
Nutritional therapy may help in the support and maintenance of many health concerns
including cardiovascular health, digestive health, the immune system, bowel health,
joint health, fertility, the mind & mood, energy levels, the nervous system,
liver health and many more. It may also help to boost sports performance and improve
an already reasonably healthy diet and lifestyle.
How our service works
Before the initial consultation each client should complete one or more questionnaires based on your area or areas of concern. These questionnaires are available for download below. The questionnaires should be returned to us at least 7 days before your first consultation. These questionnaires can be easily downloaded, completed and emailed back to us at
info@bodykind.com without having to print the document.
The initial consultation will last approximately 60 minutes. During this initial
consultation all factors will be discussed in detail, along with any goals or desired
outcomes, in order to create your own individual programme. Follow up consultations
are also available in order to assess your progress and help you get the best from
your individual Nutritional programme.

Nadia Mason
BSc Nutritional Medicine, MBANT, NTCC, CNHC
Nadia is a nutritional therapist based in Manchester and Cheshire. After completing her Master's degree, Nadia undertook editorial work for numerous health and nutrition publications. Her keen interest in the science of nutrition led her to complete a BSc degree in Nutritional Medicine. Nadia believes that nutrition has a key role to play in the promotion of health and vitality. She offers one-to-one nutrition consultations, designing personalised nutrition programmes to address a wide range of health concerns.

She is also trained in the selection and use of non-invasive biochemical tests to help identify underlying causes of illness.
Nadia is a registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She has been certified by the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC), having trained to the level of the National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy. She also undertakes Continuing Professional Development to ensure safety and competence as a healthcare provider.
