Delivery to destinations within the UK
All products purchased at bodykind are delivered within the UK mainland completely free of charge, either by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or via City Link Couriers. Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm and delivery time is usually within 1-3 working days (Does not include weekends or bank holidays).
If the delivery of your order is more urgent, we also offer a next day delivery option, either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via City Link Couriers. Your order must be placed before 4pm and this service is only available for deliveries made on a Monday to Friday (does not include weekends or bank holidays). An additional charge will be applicable for this service.
**PLEASE NOTE** Delivery of large or heavy orders typically weighing over 5kg will be subject to a delivery fee to addresses off the UK mainland (excluding The Isle of Wight).
Will my order be dispatched via Royal Mail or Courier?
If your order is under 2kg in weight (including packaging) it will generally be sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery (Or Royal Mail Special Delivery if you have selected next day delivery or the item is of high value). If the total weight of your order is over 2kg (including packaging) it will generally be sent via City Link couriers.
Will my order require a signature upon delivery?
Orders weighing over 2kg or items of high value will be dispatched via City Link Couriers or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Therefore a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your order when delivered a card will be left and you can either arrange re-delivery or collect from the local delivery office/depot.
Delivery to destinations within the ROI
All products purchased at bodykind are delivered within the ROI via Air Mail from our UK distribution base. Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm and delivery time is usually within three to five working days (not including weekends or local holidays).

All products purchased at bodykind are delivered within Europe via Air Mail from our UK distribution base. Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm (GMT) and delivery time is usually within three to seven working days (not including weekends or local holidays).
While we do our utmost to make sure products are packaged and labelled correctly, unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that go missing or that arrive in a damaged state. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.

We deliver products to all other worldwide destinations via standard Airmail. While we do our utmost to make sure products are packaged and labelled correctly, unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that go missing or that arrive in a damaged state. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.
