To place an order with us at bodykind please follow this guide:

1. Find the product you would like by using the Product Menu on the left of the website or by using one options in the search box above the Product Menu. Once you have found the product or products you are looking for, select the quantity you would like then click the 'Buy' button to add the product to your basket. Once added, you will see a list of your products displayed in the 'Mini Basket' or on the basket page.

2. Your basket can be edited at any time by clicking on the '+' or '-' buttons featured under the product quantity in the 'Mini Basket'. Alternatively, you can click the 'Edit' button to the base of the 'Mini Basket' or click My Basket towards the top of the website to be taken to the basket page, where you will see a full breakdown of the items in your basket. To remove a product from your basket click on the 'X' icon featured to the right of the product within the basket page.

3. Once you are happy with your product selections you can now proceed to checkout. This can be done by either clicking the 'Checkout' button to the base of the 'Mini Basket' or on the basket page. You can also proceed by clicking Checkout which can be found towards the top of the website.

4. At the first checkout stage you will be asked to log in if you are an existing customer, or to supply your details if you are a new customer. Follow the instructions on screen throughout the checkout process, including adding your cardholder and delivery address details, viewing a summary of your order, inputting your credit/debit card details, going through the Verified by Visa process and finally having your order confirmed.

All products purchased at bodykind are delivered within the UK mainland completely FREE! Your order will also be dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery to destinations within the Republic of Ireland

All products purchased at bodykind are delivered within the ROI via Air Mail from our UK distribution base. Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm and delivery time is usually within three to five working days (not including weekends or local holidays).

All products purchased at bodykind are delivered within Europe via Air Mail from our UK distribution base. Orders are usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 4pm (GMT) and delivery time is usually within three to seven working days (not including weekends or local holidays).

While we do our utmost to make sure products are packaged and labelled correctly, unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that go missing or that arrive in a damaged state. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.

Delivery to destinations outside the UK and Europe

We deliver products to all other worldwide destinations via standard Airmail. While we do our utmost to make sure products are packaged and labelled correctly, unfortunately we are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that go missing or that arrive in a damaged state. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.

Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office and postal services to ensure that the products they are ordering are allowed entry into their country of residence. Customers are also reminded that local duty and taxes may be applicable when importing goods into your country.

We are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that are held by customs in a country outside the UK or for any surcharges that arise as a result of local duty or taxes. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.

Force Majeure

bodykind Ltd. shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations or for compensation or refund for loss, damage or delay resulting from an Event of Force Majeure. Such events, which are outside bodykind ltd's control, include, but are not restricted to, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, explosions, accidents, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public or private highway, acts of terrorism, vandalism, government act, riot, war, act of God or industrial dispute.

If you find your purchase is unwanted or unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within 28 days of their receipt. The goods should be in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, in this case, we are unable to refund any original or return postage costs.

Damaged or Faulty Products - Delivery destinations within the UK

bodykind makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, customers should contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt to report the problem.

Customers will be sent a replacement product along with a pre-paid self addressed bag for the return of the damaged or faulty item. For larger items we may arrange a collection via a courier service. However, customers will be informed of this when they contact customer services.

Customers requesting a refund, rather than a replacement product, will be sent a pre-paid self addressed bag for the return of the damaged or faulty item. Once the item has been returned to us we will issue a full refund including any original delivery costs.

Should the Royal Mail not be holding your delivery for collection, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your delivery or send a replacement.

Next Day Delivery: Please refer to your dispatch email which will include the details of the courier used, the tracking number and a link to their website where the delivery can be tracked. If your order has not arrived the next business day (not including weekends or bank holidays), please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your delivery.

For delivery destinations outside the UK

If your order has not arrived within 28 working days of the dispatch date, please contact your local mail delivery office for further information.

In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.
