Ordering Online
Here is a guide to ordering from this website.

When you see a product you would like, click the 'add to basket' button. This product will now be added to your basket and brief details will be shown in the 'mini basket' which appears on the upper right hand side of the website. |

If at any time you would like to remove an item from your basket or change the quantity, click 'view' from the 'mini basket' or 'view basket' from the menu bar at the top right of the website. This will take you to the basket page and show a more comprehensive breakdown of the goods you have selected. To remove an item, click the trash can icon to the right of the price, then confirm your intention to remove it. To change a product quantity, simply use the drop down list to select a different quantity. Once you have selected a new quantity the page will refresh and the amended details will be shown. |

Once you are happy with the contents of your basket, click 'checkout', the following page will give you the option to sign in as an existing customer, or sign up as a new customer. If you are an existing customer simply input your email address and password to proceed. New customers should click 'continue', at which point you will be taken to the new customer sign up page. |

Once you have completed the new customer sign up click 'continue' to proceed to the checkout page. On the checkout page you can input a promotional code if you have one, change the delivery option if required and change the delivery address. Then check that the price shown is the price you expect to pay and then click continue to proceed to our secure credit card payment system. |

Now all that is left to do is input your credit card details, including card type, card number, CCV number (last 3 digits on the signature strip), issue number (some switch cards only), start date (some switch cards only) and the expiry date. To finalise the purchase click 'process order' and that is it.

Please Note: When inputting a promotional code please don't forget to click 'apply', also make sure the price changes reflect the promotional code as we cannot apply discounts once the order has been completed.
