Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble B vitamin found in meat, dairy produce, spinach and eggs. This supplement provides vitamin B12 as hydroxycobalamine and cyanocobalamine.

Dosage Guide:

Take 1 Capsule daily with food or as professionally directed.
