This action eases the transport of substances through the digestive tract, lessening irritation to the intestinal walls.

Ginger may protect the stomach from the damaging effect of alcohol and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen) and may help prevent ulcers.

Valerian Root:

The Greek physician Dioscorides reportedly recommended valerian for a host of medical issues, including digestive problems, nausea, liver problems, and even urinary tract disorders. By the 18th century, it was an accepted sedative and was also used for nervous disorders associated with a restless digestive tract.

Dosage Guide:
