Folic Acid tableted with natural Lithothamnion calcarea, rice flour, zien protein coating, vegetable magnesium sterate, vegetable stearic acid.

Dosage Guide:

Take 1-2 tablets a day with meals.

A daily multivitamin is also recommended.
