Ingredients:

Saccharomyces boulardii lyophilised (250mg), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, potato starch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions:

Adults and children from 3 years and over:Take 1 - 4 capsules depending on severity of symptoms and up to 6 capsules daily, or as professionally directed.

For young children or anyone unable to swallow capsules, the content of the capsules can be mixed with a cold meal or beverage.

Different people will feel the need for different dosages, but the supplier recommends the following general indications:

• Diarrhoea – take 1 to 4 capsules depending on severity, take again in the event of further loose stools, and up to 6 capsules a day.
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) - take 1 capsule twice a day (daily dose: 2 capsules).
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) - take 1 capsule, three times a day (daily dose: 3 capsules).
• Clostridium difficile infection - take 2 capsules, twice a day for 4 weeks (daily dose: 4 capsules).
• Candida overgrowth – take 3 capsules, twice a day (daily dose: 6 capsules).
