Quercetin is a flavonoid found widely in the plant kingdom. Flavonoids are known to work synergistically with Vitamin C, especially to support immunity. Quercetin has powerful antioxidant properties and helps protect against harmful free radicals, including protecting lipids against oxidation (rancidity).

Bromelain is derived from pineapple and increases the absorption of Quercetin.

Vitamin C, also a powerful antioxidant, acts against age-accelerating free radicals and protects the eye from oxidative and photo-oxidative stress. It supports the immune system and helps with iron absorption from food.

Vitamin C is important for healthy skin, bones, teeth, gums and cartilage, and contributes to collagen generation. Vitamin C also supports a healthy heart and arteries and is necessary for keeping blood vessels healthy. It helps the nervous system work, and is needed for normal mental function and for transforming food into energy.

Bulking agent: natural Lithothamnion calcarea; quercetin dihydrate powder, bulking agent: cellulose; ascorbic acid, bromelain, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; flow agent: magnesium stearate (vegetarian source); zein protein coating.

Dosage Guide:

Children over 4 years: Take 1 tablet a day, with a meal, or as your health professional advises.

Adults: Take 2 - 3 tablets a day, with a meal, or as your health professional advises.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
