The Lumie Clear offers a convenient and safe alternative to creams and prescriptions for treating mild-moderate acne. Hold it next to your skin for an intensive treatment or use the stand for a longer session and treat a wider area. The blue and red LED`s are proven in clinical trials to tackle bacteria and inflammation, giving noticeable results in 4 weeks and significant improvement in the overall appearance of skin after 12 weeks.

I have been using this product for two weeks now and I am already noticing that it is reducing inflammation and helping skin to heal more quickly. Hopeully I will continue to see great results!

I am 38 and have suffered from mild - moderate acne since my mid 20's.
I have tried lots of things over the years such as retin a, proactiv, salicylic acid, birth control pills all with little of no effect (Apart from Roaccutane which did completely clear up my skin, but gave me anxiety attacks for a further 3 years and made my hair really thin so I wouldnt risk taking them again).

I have been using the Lumie Clear Device for the last 9 weeks and have had fantastic results.

My worst acne areas were my forehead and right lower cheek/chin so I have used the Lumie pressed right up against my skin on each of these areas for 15 mins daily. The device has a timer and automatically switches off when the recommended time of 15 mins is over.

Lumie say that most people notice a difference in just 4 weeks with excellent results in 8-12 weeks. I noticed an improvement after only 2 weeks of use - my skin was less red and spots were fading a lot quicker than normal. I did still get new spots (But no where near as many as normal)

From about week 6 I have been getting no new spots or just a couple of new spots a week. which compared to the masses of daily/weekly continual breakouts I have had for years is a miracle and such a relief

I feel so much more confident and it is so nice to be able to talk to people and look them in the eye without constantly worrying about how your spots look to them and trying to hide your face away.

I have used the Lumieclear for over 2 months now, mostly daily for at least 20 minutes. I would say it is an effective treatment for mild-moderate acne and it definitely reduces inflammation and speeds up healing so its worthwhile investment. However, if your acne is more severe then although Lumieclear definitely improves the appearance of your skin it is not a cure. It is, though a simple and non medical option for treating spot prone skin
