Higher Nature`s Vitamin D is provided in its most bio-available form, cholecalciferol (called vitamin D3), and as an oil in a capsule (tablets of vitamin D are less effective).

CONTAINS NO added sugar, salt, starch, soya, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Dosage Guide:

If also taking a multivitamin containing Vitamin D, only take 1 capsule per day.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
