This True Food supplement provides the full organic Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF) Chromium bio-transformed by a culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, forming natural organic bonds in the true food form. Saccharomyces cerevisiae is the richest known food source of GTF.

What is Chromium?

Chromium is a constituent ingredient of what is called the Glucose Tolerance Factor. It works closely with insulin to facilitate the uptake of glucose into cells. GTF and chromium may help support and maintain proper levels of sugar in the blood.

Ingredients

Propretary Mixture: Chromium chloride, Zinc suplhate, niacinamide, pyridoxine HCI, with enzyme digested saccharomyces cerevisiae (with soya); Tableted with natural ingredients; microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, natural organic vanilla flavour.

Dosage Guide:

Adults: Take 1 tablet a day, with or between meals.

Children over 8 years: Take 1 tablet each alternate day, with or between meals.

A daily multivitamin is also recommended.

The True Food supplements are fermented in a special yeast culture, however once the fermentation process is complete the long chain proteins in the yeast culture are broken down and it is these that commonly cause problems such as allergies. Therefore the True Food Supplements can be tolerated by most people.
