CONTAINS NO Corn, Soya, Wheat, Gluten or Lactose.

Each Higher Nature Valerian Sleep Aid coated-tablet contains:

150mg of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract, which is equivalent to 450-900mg Valerian whole root.

This product also contains the following ingredients:

Liquid glucose, silica colloidal anhydrous, cellulose powdered, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, talc, sucrose, calcium carbonate (E170), acacia, tragacanth, white beeswax, carnauba wax, shellac.

Dosage: Take 1-2 tablets half an hour before bedtime (adults and elderly). Take an additional tablet earlier in the evening, if necessary.

For maximum benefit, product should be taken for 2-4 weeks continuously.

Not suitable if under 18 years, pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause drowsiness; if affected, do not drive or operate machinery.
