Most soya supplements offer 35-40 mg isoflavones, but these are not active. The Japanese only eat fermented soya foods, which activates the isoflavones.

Soyagen offers the highest concentration of active isoflavones found in any whole food because it is made from organic, non GM Soya by the True Food fermentation (bio-transformed) method.

Two tablets of Soyagen contain as many active isoflavones as 150g of tofu. Three to six tablets provides the level of active isoflavones that Japanese, on average, consume daily.

Contains High Concentration Isoflavones

Isoflavones are polyphenolic compounds produced almost exclusively by the members of the bean family. They are long known for supporting and maintaining healthy hormonal function in humans.

Because of the way the True Food products are made and absorbed in the body they do not have to be attached to a carrier. The body sees the True Food products as food which means there are many more opportunities (ie receptor sites) for absorption in the digestive tract than there are for regular supplements.

True Food nutrients also contain B vitamins, betaglucans, glutathione, choline, inositol, amino acids and other phytonutrients naturally found in fermented food cultures of Saccaharomyces cerevisiae (food yeast).

Tableted with natural ingredients; Natural Lithothamnion calcarea, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, natural organic vanilla flavour.

Dosage Guide:

Take 3 - 6 tablets a day, with or between meals.

A daily multivitamin is also recommended.

The True Food supplements are fermented in a special yeast culture, however once the fermentation process is complete the long chain proteins in the yeast culture are broken down and it is these that commonly cause problems such as allergies. Therefore the True Food Supplements can be tolerated by most people.
