Dosage

As a food supplement, take one to three capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Known Contradictions

Not to be used during pregnancy of lactation unless recommended by your health care practitioner.

Caprylic acid products should not be used by individuals with ulcerative colitis. Product may in some rare cases, cause initial digestive discomfort such as bloating and diarrhoea in early stages of use.
