Two tablets typically provide

Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Bulking Agents (Cellulose & Dicalcium Phosphate), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Glazing Agent (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Colours (Titanium Dioxide & Glycerin), Croscarmellose Sodium, Acacia Gum, Zinc Citrate, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Hydroxylpropyl methylcellulose, Sodium Borate, Manganese Citrate, Sucrose, Sunflower Oil, Corn Starch, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanacobalamin), Vitamin K (as Phylloquinone), Vitamin D2 (as Ergocalciferol).

One tablet taken twice daily with food, or as professionally directed.

• Long term intake of amounts greater than 10mg vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
