Dosage Guide

Take one capsule up to three times per day swallowed with water.

Contraindication

Do not take high amounts of turmeric during pregnancy as it may cause uterine contractions and people with gallstones or obstruction of bile passages should avoid or seek advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner before taking turmeric.
