Bio minerals is a herbal multi-mineral supplement containing natural-source ingredients, formulated for optimum absorption providing important minerals including calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, iodine, copper, selenium, manganese, chromium, silicon and boron. Bio minerals also contains molybdenum which is not found in most multi-mineral supplements.

Bio minerals also contains a full spectrum of botanic trace minerals from spirulina, alfalfa, hyssop, parsley, carrot, watercress, fennel, dandelion, coriander and broccoli.

CONTAINS NO added sugar, salt, soya, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Natural litothamnion calcarea, magnesium citrate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; flow agent: magnesium stearate, natural kelp, zinc citrate, ferrous fumarate, spirulina*, alfalfa*, hyssop*, carrot*, parsley*, watercress*, fennel*, dandelion root*, coriander*, silicone dioxide, manganese citrate, zein protein coating, seleomethionine, broccolli extract 2:1, sodium borate, copper cirate, chromium picolinate, ammonium molybdate. *Powder

Tableted with natural ingredients; Cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, zein protein coating.

Dosage Guide:

Adults: Take 2 tablets a day, with meals.

Children over 8 years: Take 1 tablet a day, with meals.

A daily multivitamin is also recommended.

Contraindication:

May not be suitable for people with a fish or crustacean allergy.
