Lemon Fish Oil is a good source of the important Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which are important for brain function, heart, joint and eye health.

Essential oil of Lemon covers all `fishiness` and means that this is delicious blended with yoghurt, drizzled on vegetables or taken straight from the spoon.

Lemon Fish Oil is sourced from the clean seas of the South Pacific and is scrupulously screened for pollutants.


200ml Oil

Content: One 5ml teaspoon typically provides:
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 690mg
DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 460mg
Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids 1340mg


Fish Oil (from sardine and anchovy), Flavour: Natural Lemon Flavouring, Antioxidants, Sunflower Oil, Rosemary Extract, Natural Mixed Tocopherols, Ascorbyl Palmitate.

CONTAINS NO added sugar, salt, starch, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.


Adults: take 1 teaspoon (5ml) a day.

Children over 1 year: build up slowly to 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) a day.

May be taken straight from the spoon or drizzled onto or blended into the food of your choice.


The mixed tocopherols in the ingredients are sourced from soya. Not suitable for citrus allergy sufferers.

Not suitable for frying or baking.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
