Arnica can be used prior to and immediately after a demanding athletic event (e.g., a marathon). While weekend warriors may benefit from arnica, they should not use it routinely in lieu of adequate training and stretching; overuse of arnica can cause it to lose its effectiveness or cause side effects such as pain and soreness.

Arnica Ointment is an aqueous (light creamy) ointment containing approved cosmetic preservative to ensure stability. It is well proven and suitable for all age groups and most skin types.

The herbal ingredients are from organic, wild crafted (non-threatened species) or cultivated plants and conform to accepted scientific standards, British Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia and British Herbal Pharmacopoeia.

Water, Sweet Almond Oil BP, Glyceryl Stearate, Stearyl Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin, Hardened Coconut Oil, Arnica Montana, Carnauba.

Magnesium chloride, Dichlorobenzyl alcohol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, Methyl Paraben (butyl paraben, ethyl paraben, propyl paraben), Magnesium nitrate.
