What`s involved?

The Lumie Brightspark works while you do, so it doesn`t take any extra time or effort to use it. It’s ideal if you’re sitting down for most of the day as it sits neatly on a desk or shelf, or even clips on top of most computer monitors. People vary, but most have it on for about 90 minutes a day and notice a real difference in just a few days.
