St. John's Wort is used as a natural, herbal support to help maintain and support healthy brain function and mood. St. John's Wort itself is a plant that grows in the wild and is harvested for its active ingredient, hypericum.

Hypericum is Hypericum Perforatum, also known as St. John's Wort. It is a short, yellow flowered, wild plant. It has a 2,400-year history of usage.

Our St John’s Wort is a highly concentrated extract providing the equivalent of 1800mg of whole herb per capsule. Before taking this product, please check with your doctor or pharmacist, if you are taking any prescribed medicines, as St John’s Wort may affect the way they work.

Ingredients:

Encapsulated with natural ingredients; Natural Lithothamnion calcarea, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Dosage Guide:

Take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day, with meals.

A daily multivitamin and Magnesium are also recommended.

Contraindication:

Before taking this product, please check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any prescribed medicines as St John's Wort may affect the way they work. St John's Wort may increase sensitivity to the sun; avoid excessive exposure.

St. John's Wort is not recommended for use if taking the Contraceptive Pill.
