Zinc is an essential nutrient required by humans and animals alike. It plays a variety of biological roles in the body and helps support and maintain healthy skin, hair, nails and the immune system.

True Food® Zinc has been bio-transformed by a culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to a true food form, for easy absorption and optimum function. It also provides true food copper in the correct ratio to zinc.

Because of the way the True Food products are made and absorbed in the body they do not have to be attached to a carrier. The body sees the True Food products as food which means there are many more opportunities (ie receptor sites) for absorption in the digestive tract than there are for regular supplements.

Zinc, Copper. Tableted with natural ingredients; microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, natural organic vanilla flavour.

CONTAINS NO added sugar, salt, starch, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Dosage Guide:

Adults: Take one tablet a day, with or between meals.

Children over 8 years: 1 tablet alternate days with or between meals.

A daily multivitamin is also recommended.
