Capsule (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & Water), Thiamine (as Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium pantothenate), Riboflavin, Niacin (as Niacinamide), Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate), Magnesium Aspartate, Magnesium Gluconate, Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, L-Glycine, Para Amino Benzoic Acid, Anti-caking Agents (Silica & Vegetable Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12 (as Hydroxycobalamine).
Dosage Guide:
Take 1 vegicap daily with food or as professionally directed.
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age (See Junior B Complex for this age group).
Contraindication:
Long term intakes of 50mg vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
Diabetics should consult their GP's before taking this product.
Not suitable for use in pregnancy or if pregnancy is being planned.
