Tableted with; Citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, fruit sugar, ascorbic acid, natural lemon, sugar, natural colours: red beet, vitamin B2 5 phosphate sodium.

Dosage Guide:

Adults and children over 8 years: Take 1 - 2 tablets a day.

Children 1 - 8 years: Take 1 tablet a day.

Add to water or juice and sweeten with xylitol or sugar if extra sweetness is desired.
