What is Bionourish?
Bionourish is a complete, food form multivitamin and mineral formula containing optimal levels of the nutrients we need for health. It is a pleasant-tasting, easy-to-take powder mix with only natural ingredients.
What does it contain?
Bionourish contains a comprehensive mix of vitamins and minerals (including vitamin C) with the additional benefit of prebiotics. Prebiotics help encourage and maintain a healthy balance of friendly bacteria in your intestines.
Bionourish contains optimal levels of vitamins and minerals in a particularly bioavailable food form. The formula is designed to deliver the levels of nutrients needed for optimal health, taking into account the average levels of nutrients you are likely to be receiving from your food.
The nutrients are contained in a base of pre and probiotic, which acts as an ideal, natural carrier for the vitamins and minerals. The prebiotic inulin also helps to boost defences and increases the absorption of calcium from food. This is mildly flavoured with natural Madagascan vanilla, and there are neither unnatural flavourings nor preservatives in this product.
The complex is very gentle, very easy to take and can be taken on its own or with food. The vitamins and minerals come complete with natural carriers, which mean that our bodies see them as food and metabolise them in the same way as it does the nutrients in wholefoods.
Bionourish Junior, as the name suggests, is ideal for children from 3-11 (inclusive).
How Do I take Bionourish?
All the Bionourish products are a mild vanilla flavour. We recommend that the powder dose of each is mixed into a smooth paste in a little liquid and then topped up with one of the following:
- Any fruit juice;
- Fruit smoothie;
- Yoghurt;
- Milk or milk alternative, such as soy or rice milk;
- Sprinkled onto cereals.
It can be taken at any time of day, although we normally recommend that supplements are taken in the first half of the day, as they can have an energising effect in some people.
We also recommend you start with half of the recommended dose and build up to the full dose over the course of a week.

Dosage Guide:
This product is suitable for children aged 3 years and over.
Children aged 3 - 6 yrs should take ½ rounded 5ml teaspoonful daily.
Children aged 7 - 11 yrs should take 1 rounded 5ml teaspoonful daily, or take as recommended by a practitioner.
