Higher Nature Mexican Wild Yam Cream - 100ml

Our Mexican Wild Yam cream is a rich body cream with a full 20% of wild yam and may help maintain and support proper hormonal function which is crucial for women at various times of their lives.

Mexican Yam contains a very high concentration of a substance called diosgenin which has a very similar molecular structure to progesterone - one of the two female sex hormones.

Suitable for Vegan. Product is Corn, Soya, Wheat and Gluten Free. Non-GM.

100ml Cream (with 20% Wild Yam Extract)

Ingredients:

Wild yam extract (20%), Dong quai, Aloe vera, Black cohosh, Agnus Castus, Vitamin E, Sweet Almond oil, Castor seed oil, Lavender oil.

Dosage Guide:

This cream must be applied externally to the skin. If you use it in one spot the skin will not absorb as much over time, so it"s recommended to move the application area around the body.

It's recommended to apply the Wild Yam Cream to these areas

1. The tissue on the underside of the upper arm (both sides)
2. The lower neck area
3. The breasts
4. The tummy
5. The buttocks
6. The back of the thighs
7. The inside of the thighs.

For best results, begin at the top of the body (position 1) and continue downward on the body, each day increase the position number. Once you've applied to position 7, begin the following day back at the top, position 1 to repeat the cycle. Rub the lotion thoroughly into the body's tissues until it is completely absorbed.

This cream can also be applied to the outer vaginal area (dilute with V Gel or a simple cream).
