Dosage Guide:

Take 3 vegicaps daily with food, or as professionally directed.

Contraindication:

Not suitable for use during pregnancy or if pregnancy is being planned. Do not use whilst breastfeeding.

Not suitable for young children.

Long term intakes of amounts greater than 10mg of vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
