Ingredients:

Psyllium Husks, Fructo-oligosaccharides (Prebiotics), Probiotic Cultures: Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum.

Dosage Guide:

Adults: Add 2 teaspoons of Lepicol to a glass of water or juice and wash down with a further glass of water or juice. After 14 days half this amount.

Children: Take 50% of the above dose.

Always drink plenty of water while taking Lepicol.

This product is absolutely brilliant. No side effects. The powder does take some getting used to as is quite thick to digest, but is better than trying to swallow several tablets in one go. Highly recommended!
