BioCare Calcium Plus - With Magnesium And Vitamins A D And K - 300g Powder

Calcium Plus is a powdered calcium supplement flavoured with natural vanilla and sweetened with freeze-dried honey and can be mixed into milk, yoghurt, fruit juice or simply taken in water. It has added magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin K to provide extra nutritional benefit.

Calcium Plus is ideal for growing children and for individuals who need extra calcium as a result of following a milk or dairy free diet. It is suited to individuals who require extra calcium but have difficulty swallowing large tablets or capsules.

Calcium Plus can be used by women who are pre- and post menopausal to help support adequate calcium levels in their diet.

Vitamin D2 100i.u. (ergocalciferol) (providing 2.5µg or 100iu vitamin D2 as ergocalciferol with cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose & d-alpha tocopherol)	1mg

Dosage Guide:

Children 2 - 8 years: Take 1 level teaspoon daily preferably in milk or yoghurt.

Children 9 - 13 years: Take 1 heaped teaspoon daily preferably in milk or yoghurt.

Adults: Take 1 heaped teaspoon daily preferably in milk or yoghurt.

For individuals with milk intolerances it can be mixed into water or juice or taken as professionally directed.

Contraindication:

Individuals with a history of kidney stones should consult their GP before taking this product.
