I've only had the Lightmask for a week. But, I've got to say it's already decreased my headaches significantly! It's helped even my muscle tension headaches, and so much that I have fewer migraines too! Thank you Bodykind!!! Signed, a happy customer that is hoping for more improvement to come!

Works great for the migraines! Would recommend you buy the mains charger as well since the battery is difficult to find. Have only seen one company that make the battery and one shop I went to went through the whole stock and not one worked in the mask!

This device, along with magnesium supplementation, broke a cycle of migraines that I'd suffered for nearly twenty years and now, nearly two years later I've not had a migraine since. My two daughters have tried it and found it works well for them too - sadly, my machine broke just a little while ago and so I am visiting this site to buy another. The only drawback is the battery which you only appear to be able to buy reliably from Rio themselves so, like others who have reviewed it, I believe the mains adaptor would be money well spent.

This is fantastic! I am on Beta-blockers to reduce migraines but doctor said they would only reduce frequency to once a month but I have gone 9 weeks without a migraine and it is good for getting to sleep too.
