About Dong Quai
Dong Quai root, or Angelica sinensis is also known as "female ginseng". Angelica sinensis is a herb from the family Apiaceae, indigenous to China. Its root is commonly known in Chinese as dong quai or danggui and is widely used in Chinese traditional medicine.
Dong Quai is frequently used by the Chinese as a natural support for a healthy heart, spleen, liver and kidneys.
About Agnus Castus

The species name Agnus Castus originates from the Greek Agnos Castus, meaning chaste, as the Greeks thought the plant calmed sexual passion.
