Today's diet provides an excess of Omega 6 to Omega 3 essential fatty acids (EFAs), which creates an imbalance. Organic Omega 3-6-9 Balance Oil provides the perfect 2:1 balance of alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3 EFA) and linoleic acid (Omega 6 EFA). It also provides omega 9 monounsaturated fatty acids (FAs).

Alpha-linolenic acid converts to EPA and DHA, important for healthy heart, arteries, brain and flexible joints. Linoleic acid converts to gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), important for healthy hormone balance, skin, circulation, nerve function and immunity. Oleic acid supports cardiovascular health and may be necessary for healthy immune system functioning.

This fresh, natural tasting formula contains cold pressed, 100% organic, unrefined Flax Seed, blended with fresh pressed, organic, unrefined Sunflower Seed and Extra Virgin Olive Oils. It is also protected against rancidity with natural antioxidants.
