Three capsules provide in the order of 9 billion viable organisms at time of manufacture. Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium longum. Tests show that more is not necessary.

Dosage Guide:

Take 3 capsules a day for 3 to 6 months. After this time, Probio Daily is suggested for daily maintenance.
