Hypericum is Hypericum Perforatum, also known as St. John's Wort. It is a short, yellow flowered, wild plant. It has a 2,400-year history of usage.

Dosage Guide:

Take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day, with meals.

A daily multivitamin and Magnesium are also recommended.
