Natures Own Organic Linseed Oil - Flaxseed - 200ml

This is a mild and pleasant-tasting organic flax oil that is high in omega 3-chain essential fatty acids.

Linseed oil can be mixed with a little fruit yoghurt or added to porridge or cereals for ease of taking.

In our opinion this is the best organic flax oil you will find. It has a delicious, nutty taste and a high level of omega 3. The oil is gently cold-pressed by hand; a process that ensures the integrity of the delicate essential fatty acids is maintained.

Flax seed oil is the richest known source of the unsaturated alpha-linolenic acid, necessary for supporting physical health but lacking in the foods most people regularly eat. Flax seed oil contains about 45%-65% LNA. The remainder of the oil is monounsaturated oleic acid and about 10% saturated fatty acids.

There are no preservatives or additives, and the product is guaranteed to be free from pesticides and herbicides.

Dosage Guide:

Adults: Take 1 - 6 teaspoons (5-30ml) per day, or as advised by a practitioner.

One 5ml teaspoonful of Flaxseed (Linseed) oil provides approximately 2.5ml Alpha linolenic acid.
