Flax seed oil is the richest known source of the unsaturated alpha-linolenic acid, necessary for supporting physical health but lacking in the foods most people regularly eat. Flax seed oil contains about 45%-65% LNA. The remainder of the oil is monounsaturated oleic acid and about 10% saturated fatty acids.

Dosage Guide:
Take 2 tablespoons daily with your favourite fruit juice or mix with a low fat yoghurt or Quark adding natural honey or sugar free jam to taste. It may also be added to oatmeal porridge or cereals.
