Ingredients:

Glucosamine HCl (from crustacea) natural Lithothamnion calcarea, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, anti-caking agent: stearic acid*, flow agent: magnesium stearate*; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. (*vegetarian source).

CONTAINS NO added sugar, salt, soya, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Dosage Guide:

Take 1 - 3 tablets a day, with meals, for 1 month then 1 tablet a day, or as your health professional advises.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Not advisable if taking warfarin.
