Tisserand Myrrh Wild Crafted Essential Oil has a warm, spicy and woody aroma.

Myrrh is an essential oil with a wide and interesting history. This humble shrub has appeared in numerous historical records, dating back nearly 4,000 years. Popular throughout ancient Egypt, Myrrh was used in an array of cosmetic and medicinal processes, from the embalming of mummies to the preparation of skincare treatments for affluent women.

It is ideal in massage blends (in a carrier oil) but most particularly as a compress as it helps draw out infection from wounds and soothe inflammation. In a diffuser, it is said to relax the mind and dissolve negative feelings.

Myrrh is warm and spicy with a woody aroma and blends well with Bergamot, Frankincense, and German Chamomile.

Tisserand Myrrh Wild Crafted Essential Oil - 9ml.

Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil & swirl into water.

Vaporising: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
