Tisserand Organic Ylang-Ylang essential oil is exotic and floral with a musky aroma.
Ylang Ylang is an evergreen tropical tree with large very fragrant flowers which can be yellow, pink or mauve in colour. The yellow blooms are picked for the distillation of the essential oil as they are considered to have the finest fragrance.
It is ideal in massage blends (in a carrier oil) to help greasy or combination skin with its cleansing and clarifying properties. In a diffuser, it is said to appeal to our inner femininity and can help release tension and uplift the mind.
Ylang-Ylang is floral and exotic and blends well with Bergamot, Lavender and Clary Sage.

100% Cananga Odorata (Ylang-Ylang) pure essential oil.
Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil.
Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil & swirl into water.
Vaporising: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.
For external use only
Do not use undiluted on the skin

Tisserand Organic Ylang Ylang Essential Oil - 9ml
Beautiful scent and an absolute bargain. A high quality, luxuriously packaged oil, organic too. Another essential oils brand (think MLM) is selling ylang ylang EO for 45 for 15ml! I bought this for my new diffuser, Tisserand recommends using 6-8 drops but I found that overpowering and I personally really like ylang ylang but it was too heady for me. I found 2 drops better. I bought May Chang to go with it but it`s far too sweet - stick to something classic like orange and/or rose (in a moment of madness I also tried peppermint, my entire bedroom smelt of mouthwash so I don`t recommend that...) if you want to make a relaxing & feminine blend. Also, no need to buy an expensive diffuser - 20 will get you a decent one and then you can spend your money on the oils :-)
