Please follow the instructions below, they are to ensure your safety.

Microwave Heating Times and Instructions:

1. Remove the microwaveable insert from the outer cover and heat in a microwave following the instructions below (do not heat the faux fur cover).
2. Do not heat the cover.
3. Place half a cup of water inside the microwave whilst heating to assist rehydration. Be careful when removing the cup of water as it may be very hot.
4. Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely, is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning.
5. Place the microwaveable insert onto a non-metallic plate and place inside microwave oven, making sure the filling inside the microwaveable insert is evenly distributed (this helps avoid hot spots occurring during heating).
6. Fold the microwaveable insert over if it does not sit flat on the turntable.
7. In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the microwaveable insert. Do not use if damaged.
8. Heat for 60 seconds then carefully touch test, continue to heat in increments of 10 seconds until desired temperature is reached, up to a maximum of 2 minutes for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 1 ½ minutes for 800-1000 watt microwaves.
9. Once heated allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.
10. After heating the microwaveable insert, it must be re-inserted into the cover with the velcro securely fastened before use.

Care Instructions:

• See care label for cleaning instructions.
• Microwaveable insert contains tourmaline beads.
• Store in a clean and dry environment.
• This product is biodegradable and should be disposed of through normal household waste.
• If the microwaveable insert gets damaged whilst hot, allow it to cool to room temperature before you dispose of it.
• In time the aroma may need replenishing, add a few drops of pure essential oil to the microwaveable insert, then replace in the cover after heating.
• Faux fur cover: 100% polyester.

• Only heat the inner microwaveable insert and not the external faux fur cover.
• This product can cause burns, avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
• Take care when removing from microwave as the product may be hot.
• Do not ingest contents.
• Do not overheat.
• Inspect the microwaveable insert at regular intervals, discard if found worn or damaged.
• Clean only in accordance with the manufacturer`s instructions.
• Consult a doctor before use whilst pregnant.
• Not suitable for children under 4 years old due to the heating nature of this product.
• The heating of the microwaveable insert should only be carried out by an adult.
• Allow to cool to room temperature before reheating.
