Microwave Instructions:

• Heat the neck wrap following the instructions and heating timetable below.
• Place half a cup of water inside the microwave.
• Be careful when removing the cup of water as it may be very hot.
• Place the neck wrap onto a non-metallic plate and place it inside the microwave oven, making sure the filling inside the body wrap is evenly distributed (this helps avoid hot spots occurring during heating).
• Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely, is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning.
• Heat for one minute then carefully touch test.
• Continue to heat in 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached, up to a maximum of 2 minutes for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 1½ minutes for 800-1000 watt microwaves.

• In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the body wrap. Do not use if damaged.
• Once heated allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.

• Do not overheat.
• This product can cause burns, avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
• Take care when removing from microwave over as the product may be hot.
• Do not ingest contents.
• Inspect the neck wrap at regular intervals and discard it if worn or damaged.
• Clean only in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

• Not suitable for children under 36 months due to the risk of overheating.
• Not suitable for persons insensitive to heat.
• The heating of the neck wrap should only be carried out by an adult.
• Allow it to cool to room temperature before reheating.
