Instructions for Cold Use:

• Place gel bead migraine wrap in a plastic bag and freeze for at least 30 minutes or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved.

Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Clean surface with a damp cloth or sponge to reuse.

• Store in a clean and dry environment.
• External use only.
• For adults use only.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Carefully check the product before each use and discard if punctured, worn or damaged.

Warnings:

• Do not apply frozen beads directly onto skin (use the fabric side).
• Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
• Do not fall asleep using the migraine wrap.
