Instructions for Cold Use:

• Place knee wrap in a plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved.
• Do not apply frozen beads directly onto skin (use the fabric side).
• Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Microwave Heating Times and Instructions:

• Place the knee wrap onto a non-metallic plate and place inside microwave oven, making sure the beads inside the wrap are evenly distributed (this helps avoid hot spots occurring during heating).
• Make sure the turntable is able to rotate freely, is clean and free of grease or anything which could cause burning.
• In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the knee wrap.
• Do not use if damaged.
• Heat in a microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 10 seconds for 800-1000 watt microwaves.
• Do not apply hot beads directly onto skin (use the fabric side).
• Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time.

Warnings:

• Inspect the knee wrap at regular intervals. Discard if punctured, worn or damaged.
• Clean only in accordance with the manufacturer`s instructions.
• This product can cause burns, avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
• Take care when removing from microwave oven as the product may be hot.

• Surface clean with a damp cloth or sponge.
• Do not immerse in water.
• Store in a clean and dry environment.
