Come up smelling of Roses every time
Soap has strong scent of roses and very kind to skin. Just need to say am not fond of the new website, and all my reward points have suddenly disappeared. Now need to spend over £20 instead of £15. All these new changes a disadvantage and not helping customers during these tough times! Will not be able to shop here as much and as often as have done over last 5+ years.
