Suggested Use:

• Begin by applying this firming body oil after your bath or shower to clean, damp skin, as this can increase its effect
• Start at your feet and massage the oil into the skin before moving up each leg
• Massage around the stomach area using gentle movements in a clockwise direction, then move up to applying the firming body oil to each hand, arm and elbow, before moving up and over the shoulders
• Complete your body sequence with sweeping movements over and across the décolleté and around the shoulders
