AllMatters Menstrual Cup is your easier, healthier, greener alternative to disposable pads and tampons for a hygienic and leak-free period.
Choose Cup B if you have given birth vaginally.
The reusable cup offers up to 12 hours of protection, meaning you only need to empty it in the morning and evening.
Made from medical-grade silicone, the AllMatters Menstrual Cup is free from harmful chemicals and reusable for several years, saving on sanitary products and reducing waste.
Menstrual cups help eliminate irritation and dryness and maintain a natural PH balance. Your vagina is unique, so it's never a one size fits all product. You may not notice a difference after giving birth vaginally, but things will have changed, and your vagina will probably not return to its pre-birth shape, which is completely fine!
You can start using a menstrual cup from your very first period. AllMatters recommend the Mini for teens and Size A for young cup users and those who haven't given birth vaginally. Generally, AllMatters recommend Size B for mums who have given birth vaginally.
Size B: Suitable for those who have given birth vaginally
AllMatters (OrganiCup) is the award-winning menstrual cup that replaces pads and tampons in an organic, natural way - designed to maximise comfort and keep you feeling safe and fresh.
Created to eliminate irritation and dryness while keeping the PH balance intact, AllMatters menstrual cups are made of medical grade silicone. That means they are free from bleach, glue, perfume and chlorine.

AllMatters (OrganiCup) Menstrual Cup - Size B
Before first usage boil the cup for 3-5 min. Fold the cup and insert it into the vagina, when inserting keep it angled towards the tailbone. You can use a water based lubricant to make insertion easier.
When in place, try to pull the stem a bit. If you feel some resistance, the vacuum has been created and the cup has been placed successfully! Let the cup unfold inside the vagina and it creates a light vacuum to prevent leakage. Use the enclosed instructions for further information on inserting your cup.
If you find the stem uncomfortable after a couple of tries, you can cut it shorter. Some women remove the stem completely.
When its time to remove the cup, you should start by washing your hands and relax your pelvic floor muscles. Simply remove by breaking the vacuum by pinching the bottom of the cup. Take it out and empty the blood down the toilet. Public toilets are not a problem as you can wipe with tissue or OrganiWipes, then wash when you get home.
The OrganiCup is suitable to wear at night, it needs changing every 12 hours and there is no risk of leaking once the vacuum is formed with the vaginal walls. If you are new to menstrual cups we recommend emptying more frequently initially until your know your flow better.

AllMatters (OrganiCup) Menstrual Cup - Size B
I have only used it for one period so far, and it leaked pretty badly all the time. I have used different brands of menstrual cups before, which didn`t work very well, and I had high hopes for this one, but it seems like I`m still on the learning curve.
I watched lots of videos and read instructions carefully, and I`m currently out of ideas on what I could do differently. I might contact the company and see if they can advise on what I could do so that the cup doesn`t leak.
Another problem was that I found it almost impossible to pee in the beginning while wearing the cup, but this got better in the subsequent couple of days.

AllMatters (OrganiCup) Menstrual Cup - Size B
I have yet to get used to the product after having used CSP for a couple of years now which I love. I bought size A for my teenage daughter as well and she`s definitely not ready to try it yet. I struggle with feeling it all the time, I`m constantly aware of it. Maybe it just needs more practice, maybe it`s not for me. But the product itself is just as I would expect and seems good quality enough.
