Suggested Use:

Using a small amount of Green People Organic Children Mandarin & Aloe Vera Toothpaste Fluoride Free, gently brush your teeth and gums morning and evening, preferably after each meal.

Minimise swallowing and spit out excess toothpaste but don't rinse with lots of water.
