Shampoo your hair as you normally would; we recommend using Faith in Nature shampoos for best results. Apply the hair mask to wet hair and leave for 3 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water for detangled, nourish hair.

Faith in Nature Dragon Fruit Revitalising Hair Mask - 300ml
This really works. I have long thin fine hair so I bought this hoping that it would give my hair more body. It does. I washed my hair, rinsed, then applied the hair mask, wrapped my hair in plastic and left the mask on for about 15 minutes. Then I rinsed out. I always let my hair dry naturally, no blow dryer. When my hair was dry it was still soft but felt much thicker and looked great. Very pleased.
