For the Cherry Jam

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the cherries and maple syrup.
  2. Simmer on low heat for approximately ten minutes until the cherries are well-cooked, transforming into a jam-like consistency.

For the Porridge

  1. In a separate saucepan, set the heat to medium.
  2. Introduce the oats and lightly toast them for about one minute.
  3. Pour in the milk. Switch to low heat and cook for ten minutes, stirring frequently. The goal is to achieve a thick consistency. If you prefer a more fluid texture, you can add a bit more milk or water.
  4. Once you achieve your desired porridge consistency, turn off the heat and stir in the Lion’s Mane mushroom powder, salt and honey.

To serve

  • Dish out the warm porridge equally into two bowls.
